Why aren't you the cheapest quote I'll get?
Because the cheapest quote is usually the most expensive one. It just collects the difference in change orders. Our number includes the things lowball bids leave out, and then it locks.
What happens if you find something behind a wall?
You get photos the same day, a clear explanation, and a price in writing before any extra work happens. Only your signature moves the number.
How fixed is the fixed price, really?
The scope we agree on is the price you pay. It moves in exactly two cases: you change your mind about the scope, or we uncover a hidden problem, and both come to you in writing first.
