Bathrooms · Colorado Springs

A bathroom that feels like a hotel you own.

A tired three-quarter bath or a full primary suite: one team designs it, waterproofs it, tiles it, and hands it back, typically in 4–8 weeks for a full remodel. The number locks before demolition.

Fair questions

Bathroom questions, answered straight

How long does a bathroom remodel take?
A cosmetic refresh takes 1–2 weeks. A full gut runs 4–8. You get a written schedule before demolition begins.
Do I need permits?
If plumbing, electrical, or structural work is involved, yes. We handle applications and inspections with the City of Colorado Springs and El Paso County.
Can you make a small bathroom feel bigger?
Yes. Layout optimization, large-format tile, frameless glass, a wall-mounted vanity, and proper lighting change how the room feels. We've done it many times.
How do you protect the rest of the house?
Plastic dust barriers at doorways, floor protection in traffic areas, and a cleaned work site every day. You keep living at home comfortably.
Can you add heated floors to an existing bathroom?
Yes. Electric radiant heat goes under new tile as part of a remodel. It's the most popular upgrade we install once Colorado turns cold.
