Kitchens · Colorado Springs

The room everyone ends up in.

Full gut-and-rebuild or a smart reconfiguration. Design through final install runs through one team, so the kitchen you approve on paper is the kitchen you cook in. The price locks before demolition, and a mid-range remodel takes 6–10 weeks.

Design & the locked quote

2–3 weeks

Drawings, selections, and 3D renderings, so you see the kitchen before a wall opens. Then one number in writing: your actual cabinet, counter, and appliance picks priced, not a low allowance that balloons later.

Ordering

Lead time

Cabinets are the long pole of every kitchen. We don't open a single wall until yours are in our warehouse, so your kitchen isn't sitting torn apart waiting weeks on a back-ordered door.

The mistake that wrecks timelines is demoing before the materials arrive. We don't.

The build

6–10 weeks

Demo, rough-in, cabinets set, then the counter template and the few-day fabrication gap every homeowner is surprised by, then counters in, backsplash, and finish. Dust barriers up, daily updates, home livable. A full gut runs 10–16 weeks.

On the written date

Final walkthrough, punch list closed, and the room everyone ends up in — handed back on the date that was in your contract, not a moving target.

Fair questions

Kitchen questions, answered straight

How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A mid-range remodel runs 6–10 weeks from demolition to walkthrough. A full gut runs 10–16 depending on scope. Your schedule goes in writing before work begins.
Do I need permits in Colorado Springs?
If circuits, plumbing, or gas lines move, yes. We handle the permit process with the City of Colorado Springs and El Paso County.
Can I live at home during the remodel?
Most clients do. We set up dust barriers, keep water running, and clean the site every evening.
Do I need a separate designer?
Design is included. You work with one team from concept through construction, so the drawings already account for what the build costs.
