Whole homes · Colorado Springs

Every room, the way you pictured it.

Multi-room renovations and full transformations. Design and construction live in the same company, so the plan is priced from real build costs on day one, and you have one phone number for all of it.

What a whole-home scope can include

One team owns the entire scope: structural, finish, and the schedule that ties every room together. Licensed trades for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are vetted and managed by us, not by you.

Kitchen & bathrooms

The heart of most projects: a full kitchen remodel plus primary and guest baths, sequenced together.

In-house

Open-concept conversions

Walls removed, beams engineered and installed, living spaces connected.

In-house

Flooring throughout

Hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, or tile, unified across the home instead of patched room by room.

In-house

Paint, trim & lighting

A cohesive color scheme, updated millwork, and layered lighting plans for every room.

In-house

Layout changes

Rooms reconfigured and flow improved, with the structural work engineered and handled by us.

In-house

Basement finishing

Unfinished space turned into bedrooms, an office, or a guest suite that matches the house.

Discovery & goal-setting

This week

We walk every room and have an honest conversation about goals, budget, and where the trade-offs live. We'll tell you up front if your expectations and budget are aligned, or where they aren't.

Design & the locked scope

3–6 weeks

Floor plans, material selections, fixture specs, and 3D renderings so you see the finished home first. Then a detailed fixed-price contract for the full scope.

Permits & pre-construction

Before demo

We apply for every permit through the City of Colorado Springs and El Paso County: structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing.

Demolition does not start until the permits are in hand. No exceptions.

Construction

3–12 months

Sequenced to keep disruption manageable: structural and mechanical work first, then finishes room by room. Weekly written updates, so you always know what's happening and what's next.

Punch list & handover

On the written date

Every room walked together, every open item documented and closed before final payment. We don't close out jobs with loose ends.

Fair questions

Whole-home questions, answered straight

How long does a whole-home renovation take?
Kitchen plus two baths plus flooring typically runs 3–5 months. A full renovation with structural changes can run 6–12. The schedule goes in writing before work begins.
Do we need to move out?
For major scopes where the kitchen, several baths, and flooring happen at once, most families relocate temporarily. We'll tell you honestly what your scope allows.
What happens when you find surprises behind walls?
Older Colorado Springs homes hide outdated panels and plumbing. You get photos the same day, a clear explanation, and a price in writing before any extra work happens.
Do you handle all the permits?
Yes. Applications, plan sets where required, inspections, and final approvals. You never deal with the city.
No pressure, no obligation
