We take on a handful of remodels at a time, on purpose. Each one gets built to the number we quoted, handed back on the day we set, and answered for personally by the owner. Here's the work.

Kitchen Remodeled Briargate kitchen with quartz waterfall island and globe pendants 3 Briargate kitchen remodel Briargate, Colorado Springs Oak cabinets, laminate counters, and ceramic tile came out. In went greige shaker cabinets, a quartz waterfall island, glass globe pendants, a brick-look backsplash, and plank flooring that ties the kitchen to the living space.
Bathroom Remodeled Northgate bathroom with wood-slat wall and soaking tub 3 Northgate bathroom remodel Northgate, Colorado Springs A 90s hall bath gutted to the studs. A wood-slat feature wall with sculpted plaster mirrors, a gray double vanity, a marble-decked soaking tub behind glass, and marble-look floors; the olive walls stayed, everything else is new.
Basement Finished Black Forest basement suite with kitchenette and living area 4 Black Forest basement remodel Black Forest, Colorado Springs A tired basement office finished into a full guest suite: kitchenette with black stone counters, living area with herringbone floors and track lighting, and a bathroom behind a smoked-glass door with a floating oak vanity.

Kitchen Opened-up Rockrimmon kitchen with white cabinets and quartz island 3 Rockrimmon kitchen remodel Rockrimmon, Colorado Springs A closed-off kitchen with tile counters and a coil-top range, opened up to the family room. White shaker cabinets, a quartz waterfall island, a farmhouse sink, and white-oak floors run the length of the new space.
